Does Anybody Remeber the Elderly?

For the last 20 years I was a member of Cornwall County Council, for much of that time I was chairman or executive member for Social Services/Care. Whilst I appreciate that the country has to decide how care will be funded in the future, we still have to provide support to the existing population.
