Thank you for your email on behalf of the above named and my apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
When the Docklands Light railway was extended to Woolwich Arsenal, this unfortunately encroached upon the platform space available and resulted in the loss of some seating on the London-bound platform. However, seating is available in the waiting room and there is a bench-style seat on the platform itself.
In view of Mr. Butlin’s comments I have asked the head of facilities to see if funds are available for additional seating on this platform.
