This is the official discussion group of the Green Liberal Democrats - a recognised Associated Organisation within the party.

NO2ID is a campaigning organisation. We are a single-issue group focussed on the threat to liberty and privacy posed by the rapid growth of the database state, of which "ID cards" were the most visible part. We are entirely independent.

A group for discussion on Europe: towards an EU that can have a positive role for all European citizens.

Initially we were committed to supporting the Liberal Democrat party and its leader through the coalition and into the future. Can we still fully justify that position in our current situtaion?
