twitter is certainly growing in numbers. In Bath we are encouraging our Clrs and candidates to twitter - with some simple rules
Never post if tired, angry or with alcohol inside
Never be rude or abusive about an individual
Turn negatives into positives when possible
Vary your tweets so that they contain a range of social comment as well as political comment
