Lib Dem Act

I have been authorised by the exec to redesign and update the website.
Can people list here the purposes they expect it to serve, perhaps
telling a 'user story' of people visiting the site and benefitting from
that visit in some definable way.

Adan#m C's comment from before:
As for the website, I think it sorely needs a redesign. My user story is that I visited it and got the impression that the Green Lib Dems were no longer an active group. After I spoke to one of the exec, I tried to join only to find that the online payment was broken.

I'd expect it to show what the current priorities and future plans are for the group, what one can do to help, possibly provide a feed of green govt goings-on (EarthWire seems ok), link to this group for discussions (and the Facebook group??) and allow donations/membership. (Sorry for being grumpy!)
A chance to discuss some of the articles in "GLD Challenge" would be good for the blood pressure. There is usually something that provokes a reaction, for or against, but a quarterly magazine is not a sensible medium for discussion,
I am sure that your expertise would be welcomed by the executive. New blood, providing that it is consistent,is always welcome.

Suggestions to debate green lib dem issues.
to update members with new green initiatives and provide sound advice as to how these could b e implemented.
just realised the discussion heading was out of date - thanks. I am now co-opted onto the exec and redesigning the website.

Is there a chatroom in ACT?

or chat facility?

Also its hard to tell who are just members of the party and who are actually elected/employed, maybe some sort of status badge next to the name.
