The Times is hardly a cheerleader for tax and spend but its estimate suggests that the £8m for Sustrans is little more than a gesture.

Permalink Reply by Paul Luton on February 19, 2012 at 21:07 I think that the point that the Times was making concerned the magnitude of the sum needed to bring GB up to scratch. All comes from from DTp budget anyway.
