As someone with a second vote in a different constituency to my home

residence I am entitled to use my LOCAL government votes but I have

been meticulous NOT to use a second General election vote or to vote

in the referendum. The grey area is whether I would be entitled to vote

in a parliamentary by-election - assuming that such was not on the

same day as a by-election in my home constituency!

So did I eat the rich! True, our line was don't cut too soon but that was before the Greek Crisis and the inevitable discovery that inevitably things have been covered up by the previous lot. I have just helped with a byelection and no-one mentioned the cuts on the doorstep. We were well recieved and lost by 4 votes, a great improvement on the previous election. Labour were spitting bullets but they know it's all their fault. Thanks for your comment.
PS I shall be checking the postal votes for deceased voters. Please do the same at your next election.

I have found 15,917,498 people who didn't vote which means they won the election!
If a tory really thinks they need two votes then who am I to complain.
