On Thurs 4th Feb I am doing yet another TV interview on the NW Leics by-election. The Lab PPC Ross Willmott explained to me last week that the Lab Govt seems not to want to say there will be a by-election, nor say there will not. Paul Reynolds

I will be the new Chair of North West Leicestershire Lib Dems from the 1st January 2010 and have registered the local party group on LibDem Act.
