It is suggested that you use the Bookies money to back the party to win at 200-1 and use the remaining £10 to bet on a hung parliament. What is likely to happen if this is well publicised through the chat sites is that the odds will be shortened down to 150-1, then 100-1, 50-1, 25-1, 10-1, 5-1 possibly as short as evens. At 200-1 that £200 would win £40,000 and help level the playing field!
The person who organised & won his campaign against the X Factor song becoming No.1 was able to influence the public's viewpoint. We can do the same without risking any more than the original £10 to open the a/c
It would seem very likely that the 42% of voters when asked in a recent national poll whether they would vote Lib Dem and who responded that they would if they thought we could win, might well be given a boost of confidence under these circumstances. If each of our members were to mail this to only 1 friend with a request that they also mail it to their friends, within a few weeks the polls could be showing a very different outcome.
Is it possible our opportunity has finally arrived? An EMail to Cowley St to ask their views has failed to receive a response. Lets see what our members and supporters think about this novel idea!
